9月13日に塩谷特定教授が，温州空港マリオットホテル（中華人民共和国）にて開催されたシンポジウム「The First International Symposium on Intelligent Testing Technologies for Porous and Concrete Materials」において，「Prioritizing Infrastructure Health: A Strategic NDT Framework」と題して招待講演を行いました．
